*Position: Account Manager *

Mozio is expanding its Partnerships Team, and we’re seeking an exceptional account manager to join us. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in forging strong relationships with new partners and supporting our existing pipeline.

Below are some key areas of work for Account Managers at Mozio:

  • Supporting Partners: Provide daily and weekly support to our partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Partner Presentation Creation: Develop engaging and informative presentations to showcase our services and offerings to existing and potential partners.
  • Account Setups: Assist with account setups for new partners, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process.
  • Reactivation & Churn Reduction: Implement strategies to reactivate inactive partners and reduce churn rates, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Monthly Partner Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • KPI – Growing Trip Volumes: Work towards achieving weekly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on increasing trip volumes and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Account Activation: Drive account activation initiatives to ensure partners are fully onboarded and utilizing our services to their full potential.

The role of an Account Manager at Mozio is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for influencing and persuading others.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a successful Account/Business development manager
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, coupled with the ability to build strong and productive business relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of different audiences
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

  • Modern smartphone capable of running the latest versions of essential mobile applications like Google Suite, Slack, etc.

  • Backup internet connection to switch seamlessly in case of connectivity issues, enabling you to carry on with your work without disruptions
