Job Description

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Launch, manage and optimize campaigns across paid channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Suggest, plan and implement new tests to help grow and optimize performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to help increase ROAS
  • Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with creative teams to finalize deliverables.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 3-5 years of performance marketing experience with recent experience managing campaigns across social platforms which could include Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok while maintaining key metrics including CPA and ROI,  and operating within budget
  • Proven experience working with creative teams to put out high-quality and creative advertising campaigns that drive growth
  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to interpret campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies for enhanced campaign effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • You always question the incremental impact of all of your marketing efforts and you know how to measure incrementality
  • Past experience in subscription/beauty space is a bonus

Salary range: $40,000 – $42,000 *
