In Summary:
The technical writer will support our Head of Documentation in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout.

Our aim is to have a single source of truth for all our product features and tools, enabling teams, users and clients to have complete confidence in the material that we deliver.

Your day to day:

  • Technical documentation for clients, including API documentation, backend and frontend, and process flows
  • Feature guides for the implementation of new tools and functions
  • Documentation for internal use at both technical and non-technical levels
  • Release notes for internal use and clients
  • Updating and maintaining existing documentation in line with all releases
  • Technical documentation for regulatory purposes, such as system architecture diagrams and business process flows

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Background in software development or IT
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Proactive and inquisitive nature
  • Desire to understand how things work
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Experience using ClickHelp or another collaborative authoring tool
