Job Description
Partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs – tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.
EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams – built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. Our mission: make partner revenue scalable and predictable.
We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders like Anthropic, Starlink, Gong, and BambooHR – consistently winning against legacy solutions. We move fast, build intentionally, and focus on delivering real value. If you’re excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we’d be glad to meet you.
Role Overview
As a Support Engineer at EULER, you will be the technical troubleshooter who helps customers unblock issues, debug integration problems, and get back to building their partnerships. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role focused on solving real technical problems through email, Slack, and support tickets. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure customers stay unblocked and get the most out of EULER.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and customer empathy. You understand Bubble.io, integrations, and APIs, but you’re equally comfortable explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. You’re detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping customers solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries via email, Slack, and support system – turning around responses within SLA.
- Own customer issues from initial investigation through resolution, keeping customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues – integration failures, data sync problems, configuration questions, API issues.
- Debug customer issues by analyzing logs, testing configurations, and working through root cause.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand customer context and ensure issues are resolved at the right level.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers on complex technical problems.
- Escalate to Engineering when you identify product bugs or feature requests, including clear reproduction steps and customer context.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and how-tos to improve first-response quality.
- Track, document, and analyze support patterns to identify systematic issues or gaps.
- Proactively help customers avoid common pitfalls through clear, well-written documentation and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of customer support or customer success engineer experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical product support.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset – you see a problem and methodically work through root cause.
- Technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, integrations, data syncs, and common integration failure modes.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms like Bubble.io, or similar – or strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written English communication skills – you write clearly and patiently explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work asynchronously and independently while hitting response time SLAs.
- Detail-oriented and organized – you track issues systematically and follow through to resolution.
- Comfortable learning and working in customer environments and understanding their specific configurations.
- Proactive mindset – you don’t just answer tickets, you look for patterns and suggest improvements.
What Will Not Work Here
- Treating support as a queue to get through as fast as possible without solving the actual problem.
- Blaming customers for issues or taking a dismissive tone.
- Leaving issues half-resolved or escalating without trying to troubleshoot first.
- Ignoring patterns – if you see the same issue from three customers, that’s data for improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot integrations.
- Experience with AWS Lambda or Bubble.io workflows.
- Background in customer success or account management.
- Experience writing support documentation or knowledge base articles.
