Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Moderator. 

In this role, you will overseeing our company’s communities, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and brand representation across various platforms. The role involves creating and executing social media content, monitoring online communities, and driving audience growth and brand awareness in the crypto & Igaming fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and moderating our communities across all channels, including: Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Discord.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and structured manner
  • Engage with the community in a way that is on-brand, replying to comments, and encouraging conversations 
  • Assisting with AMAs, community talks, games nights and various promotions as required
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and 
    deliver the brand story
  • Undertaking other adhoc community tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 1.5 years experience in iGaming/crypto casino industry
  • Background in iGaming/crypto casino industry
