This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of various marketing channels such as advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and creative thinking to drive organic traffic and improve overall digital marketing performance.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients’ websites. 
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and crawlers.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices throughout the website.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to complement organic search efforts.
• Assist in the optimization of marketing collateral, including ad copy, landing pages, and email templates.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO and marketing performance to key stakeholders.

The skills and traits we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
• Expertise in onsite, content, and technical SEO, with a proven track record of optimizing websites for improved search engine visibility and performance.
• Experience with off-site SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in using all-in-one SEO tools, preferably SEMrush, for comprehensive website analysis, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) for monitoring website traffic, analyzing user behavior, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Proficient in utilizing SEO auditing tools such as Sitebulb or Screaming Frog to conduct in-depth technical website audits, identify issues, and implement corrective actions for improved SEO performance.
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including meta tags, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is a plus.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative SEO and marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a constantly evolving digital landscape.
