Profile Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our Marketing team that supports our portfolio companies with all things marketing and SEO. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with multiple multi-million dollar ventures across various industries to elevate their online presence and user experience. If you have a proven track record managing SaaS or B2B SEO campaigns and are looking for a role with plenty of autonomy in a remote setting, do not hesitate to apply!

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Successfully and autonomously take-over and execute SEO tasks as part of our brands’ SEO strategies
  • Achieve good performance for the SEO campaigns assigned to you
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of brands and patiently guide and communicate with brands to share knowledge and SEO best practices with them

Your responsibilities

  • Onsite SEO: go beyond basic onsite optimisation to ensure that web pages are optimised for a predetermined set of keywords, that they provide the necessary contextual signals, internal links, keyword placements, and HTML page structures to improve performance within search results. You will create meta titles, meta descriptions and make small content changes in order to incorporate grammatically correct SEO signals.
  • Technical SEO optimization: while you don’t need to have coding knowledge, effectively briefing and communicating with web developers is an important part of the role.
  • Reporting and Analysis: assist with report and SEO data analysis, such as performance reports, keyword research, competitor and rank analysis.
  • Support Content Releases: assist brands in uploading new blog posts and landing pages to their websites. SEO work is also implemented by the SEO specialists themselves on the websites we work with, primarily in WordPress.
  • Collaboration: work closely with the brand marketing teams in our portfolio to understand their unique requirements and needs, while keeping their audience and branding in mind.
  • Task ownership: execute the monthly SEO tasks for your portfolio of brands.

What You bring to the table

  • 4+ years of experience in an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis — specifically related to SEO performance.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development technologies and familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Excellent English and communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts.
  • Familiarity with ScreamingFrog (ideally also Seobility, ahrefs and Keyword.com), proficiency with Google Sheets and formulas.
  • Advanced skills in keyword research, keyword mapping, and on-page optimisation.
