About the role

As a Senior Product Advisor, you’ll inspire prospects by showing them how to replace biased, outdated CV screening with data-driven, AI-powered assessments. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the sales cycle, directly fueling our global growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, customer success, and account management teams to align efforts, share insights from prospects, and contribute to the growth of our customer base and TestGorilla’s vision of helping one billion people land their dream job.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while delivering a seamless, high-impact customer experience,
  • Proactively engaging leads and prospects through targeted outreach, focusing on those who’ve expressed interest in our platform,
  • Driving pipeline growth through strategic outbound efforts and close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Deliver high-energy product demos that consultatively solve customer hiring challenges,
  • Educating prospects on the power of pre-hiring assessments as a smarter alternative to outdated CV-based screening
  • Championing client feedback to fuel continuous innovation across product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is inspired by our mission to help 1 billion people find their dream jobs,
  • Is an exceptional communicator who can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages and build instant rapport with anyone,
  • Has “builder” mindset when it comes to pipeline, possesses the grit and strategy to identify high-value targets, crafts personalized outreach, and opens doors that were previously closed,
  • Uses AI tools daily (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to boost your own productivity.
  • Is a high-achiever who doesn’t just meet targets but consistently looks for ways to beat them and drive business growth,
  • Is results-oriented and resilient—able to bounce back from setbacks and stay motivated,
  • Is comfortable working remotely, managing their time independently, and collaborating across time zones,
  • Takes initiative and is self-driven to achieve personal and company goals without needing constant supervision.

We typically expect 3+ years of commercial experience (in sales, account management, or similar roles) to have developed the core skills necessary for success in this position. We encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate equivalent skills.

  • Experience in SaaS or a fast-growing startup environment
  • Experience in remote B2B sales across multiple geographies
  • Fluency in French and other languages
