What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise accounts.Drive new revenue through consultative, value-based selling approaches.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Understand customer needs and position solutions that solve real business challenges.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to close and expand accounts.Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What we’re looking for

– 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech, or technology companies.  
– Proven experience leading end-to-end sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise segments.  
– Strong track record in consultative selling.
