Job Description

Superside is looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Associate. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Director, you will assist in measuring, analyzing, and forecasting key revenue metrics across our organization and supporting the ongoing enablement of the commercial teams. 

As a growing company operating on a subscription model, the Revenue Operations team contributes directly to the company’s revenue. Each team member focuses on their area of operation. Upon joining, you will work in parallel with all team members and take over individual tasks while growing and improving in your specialized area.

What You’ll Do 

  • Design and implement automation processes to assist Sales and Customer Success teams in their day-to-day life, helping them drive efficiency across the board
  • Build, expand, and update numerous dashboards and custom layouts the teams will be using to find information faster
  • Work closely with the enablement team to deliver training and workshops to Sales and Customer Success
  • Be responsible for various peripheral tools like Apollo and Planhatto to ensure correct configuration and uptake from the end users
  • Support the commercial team on day-to-day requests across the tech stack
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Manage, configure, and implement processes in the tools as well as train teams on using them
  • Drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable for revenue

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience (experience within Sales teams is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creative skills
  • Eagerness to learn and figure out new things
  • Organized, structured, and disciplined work approach
