🥜 In a nutshell

As a Project Manager, you will blend rigorous project execution with servant-leadership facilitation. You’ll guide teams through end-to-end delivery ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and value, while removing impediments and creating engaging, collaborative ceremonies that energize rather than burden. You partner closely with the Project Leader and stakeholders to co-create plans, adapt processes to real-world needs, and foster an empowered, high-trust environment.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Agile Planning & Delivery

  • Co-design project roadmaps and sprint plans, translating strategic objectives into clear, prioritized backlogs.
  • Break down work into iterative increments, enabling continuous value delivery and rapid feedback loops.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation—adjusting proactively to maintain flow and quality.

Servant-Leadership & Facilitation

  • Act as a servant leader: remove blockers, coach teams to self-organization, and champion psychological safety.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) with dynamic, interactive techniques that drive engagement and outcomes.
  • Design and run immersive workshops (using Mural or equivalent) to align cross-functional teams, promote creative problem-solving, and reinforce shared ownership.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors, product owners, and cross-team stakeholders—providing transparent status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Use active listening and open-ended questioning to surface challenges, build consensus, and guide decision-making.
  • Produce concise, visual project dashboards and narrative updates that focus on business value and team energy.

Process Improvement & Flexibility

  • Simplify and tailor agile processes to fit team context—eliminating unnecessary ceremony and bureaucracy.
  • Continuously inspect and adapt workflows, documentation, and tooling to optimize efficiency and clarity.
  • Lead post-project and sprint retrospectives, driving actionable improvements and fostering a culture of experimentation.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Track project expenditures in real time, alert stakeholders to variances, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Capacity to be autonomous and outcome-driven in prioritisation.
  • Ability to lead through clarity and influence, not authority or overhead.
  • Proven servant-leadership mindset with hands-on facilitation of agile ceremonies and workshops.
  • Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

       Nice to have

  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, A-CSM, or equivalent.
  • Experience designing and scaling agile frameworks in mid-sized to large teams.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Passion for creating engaging digital experiences and empowering teams to deliver value.
