DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Administration

  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle from initial concept to final upload, ensuring all materials are engaging, current, and effectively meet educational objectives.

Expert Collaboration

  • Actively source and partner with subject matter experts to ensure our content is both authoritative and aligns with the latest industry standards.

Scriptwriting Coordination

  • Work closely with scriptwriters to produce educational scripts that are not only informative but also captivating to our audience.

Marketing Liaison

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful content launches that maximise reach and impact.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyse user performance data to continuously refine and enhance our educational offerings.

Tech Team Partnership

  • Coordinate with the technical team to align digital capabilities with operational needs, ensuring a consistently smooth user experience.

Project Management Proficiency

  • Employ project management tools like ClickUp to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

Customer Support Systems Knowledge

  • Utilise customer support platforms like Zendesk to efficiently resolve user enquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Community Engagement

  • Foster a vibrant learning community by working closely with the community engagement team to encourage active participation and peer learning.

Event Coordination

  • Partner with the events team to organise and promote educational events that drive student engagement and learning.

WHO YOU ARE 🫵🏾

  • Proven experience in edTech, with a solid understanding of the dynamics of creating compelling online educational content.
  • At least 4 years of relevance experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, promoting an environment of cooperation and collective achievement.
  • Superior organisational skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating across teams and conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Innovative and proactive in problem-solving, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp
