Job Description

Streamflow is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in product operations and a keen interest in Web3 and Crypto. The Product Operations Specialist will work closely with our product and engineering teams to gather insights, prepare product specs, and ensure that development efforts are timely and aligned with both company goals and client needs. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team, engaging with developers, designers, and BizDevs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Gathering insights and requirements from internal stakeholders and clients to shape product features and initiatives.
  • Grooming the product backlog based on priorities, team capacity, and strategic goals.
  • Preparing detailed product specifications based on provided scope and high-level requirements.
  • Contributing to product release plans, documentation and ensuring cross-team communication to manage release expectations.
  • Collaborating with the Product Leader and stakeholders to plan sprints effectively.
  • Facilitating effective communication throughout the development process among various internal teams and customer-facing teams to ensure product alignment and collaborative efforts.
  • ⭐ Bonus: Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

  • This is a fully remote position, embracing the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • The Product Operations Specialist reports to the Product Leader.

  • Web3 and Crypto power user; ✨ experience in the Solana ecosystem is highly advantageous.

💵 Compensation

Streamflow is developing an innovative compensation system to:

  • Align long-term incentives among core team members.
  • Tie compensation with individual performance.
  • Tie compensation with company performance.

Specific numbers:

  • Base salary (gross): $2000 — $3500 per month
  • Performance-based revenue share: 0.4% — 1% of revenue
  • Base token grant (1 year cliff, 3 years linear vesting): 0.1% — 0.2% of the total token supply (finite supply of tokens, so there is no dilution)
  • Personal quarterly performance-based token grants: 0% — 150% of the base salary, paid in tokens
