Our client, Vibrant Vision Collectives is looking for a pivotal Personal Assistant.

In this role, you will support various administrative business operations and also contribute creatively to their social media presence, community engagement, content creation, as well as various project initiatives. This full-time position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are eager to drive growth in a collaborative and independent workplace. 


  1. Content creation: Proven experience in creating, developing, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms including youtube, instagram, facebook, tiktok, pinterest and more. This includes conceptualizing content, shooting videos, editing footage, crafting compelling videos for youtube, creating engaging reels and posts, and interacting with online communities to boost engagement. experience with email marketing, seo, digital automation, community building, social media ads, google ads and more to drive growth.
  1. Technical Proficiency: Advanced capabilities and adept use of video editing tools, graphic design tools, social media management tools as well as web hosting tools such as canva, capcut, epidermic sounds, adobe suite, later, sprout, shopify, squarespace etc. ability to create engaging short form short form or long form videos and develop eye catching titles and thumbnails.
  1. Administrative support: Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling flexible hours meetings, managing emails, conducting email marketing, and maintaining records with precision and professionalism.
  1. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate, arrange, and oversee business meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed flawlessly and participants are well-prepared.
  1. Project Management: Assist in managing ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved efficiently. exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking in fast-paced environments, combined with a thorough and proactive approach to managing high volumes of administrative tasks and projects. capable of managing professional interactions efficiently and working independently or as part of a team without extensive supervision.
  1. Research: Conduct thorough, extensive, and proactive research to support business needs and stay ahead of industry trends.


1. Video Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve. 

2. Graphic Design Tools: Advanced skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. 

3. Project Management , Scheduling and Productivity Tools: Experience with Calendly, Google Calendar, Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Slides & Google Docs 

4. Communication Tools: Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual meeting platforms. 

5. Social Media Management Tools: Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, social media analytics platforms, Website hosting platforms, Google ads, Social media ads, etc. 

6. Audio Editing Tools: Knowledge in Audacity and Adobe Audition for high-quality audio production.
