Job Description

Our client is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Local SEO & Google Business Profile Specialist to implement local search strategies and improve clients’ search engine rankings. In this full-time remote role, you will manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, optimizing Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business) and local directories. The ideal candidate will conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization techniques, and collaborate with the internal SEO team to deliver measurable visibility and organic growth for clients.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mountain Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Note: This shift runs from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila Time.

Responsibilities

  • Local SEO Implementation: Execute targeted local SEO strategies to systematically improve clients’ visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Profile Optimization: Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, local citations, and digital directory listings across multiple accounts.
  • On-Page & Keyword Research: Conduct thorough local keyword research and implement localized on-page optimization techniques.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key local SEO performance metrics and prepare actionable reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Industry Compliance: Stay continuously updated with the latest local search algorithm shifts, SEO trends, and map pack best practices.
  • Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal SEO team and adjacent departments to contribute to the development of standardized agency best practices.

Requirements

  • SEO Footprint: Proven professional experience in local SEO and multi-channel digital marketing.
  • Software Competency: Deep familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools, audit software, and analytics platforms.
  • Operational Habits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Linguistic Standard: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Autonomy & Transparency: Ability to work successfully within a remote team environment; willingness to utilize TimeDoctor tracking software during shifts and transparently declare the number of active monitors used.
