Job Description
Simple is a successful mobile product that has a user base of over 15 million people and has over 100% year-over-year revenue growth. It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives. Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Content Manager who will own and evolve the content programming of Simple Move end-to-end, from defining what programs we ship and how they progress, to driving the product metrics that prove they work.
This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of product ownership and programming leadership, anchored in deep content expertise. You will own the topic roadmap, validate it against scientific peers, find the best solutions to exercise shoots, and personally drive the metrics that move retention. You will own full content logic and product metrics in one place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key product metrics: 1st renewal rate, 1st workout rating, welcome workout completion, workout-to-workout conversion, 6-week plan completion, etc.
- Define the methodology and topic roadmap for Simple Moves. Decide what topics we ship, in what order, and how programs progress within each 6-week block.
- Design programs at the workout, week, and 6-week-block level. Includes welcome workout, weekly intent, regression and progression rules.
- Evolve the in-product user experience around programming to deliver the best possible experience on the client side.
- Scale topics together with the Content Producer, optimizing production speed, cost-per-topic, and content quality across studio shoots and AI-generated content.
- Validate methodology with the SME Content Methodologist and brief external master trainers contracted per discipline.
- Continuously generate and validate programming hypotheses; design and run experiments across welcome workout, weekly drops, and 6-week blocks.
- Drive cross-feature conversion: workout → group chat, workout → educational content, etc.
- Work closely with the Content Producer to commit to a quarterly production cadence: topics, formats, delivery dates.
- Identify content and methodology friction points and redesign key flows.
- Analyze product data to uncover retention and engagement opportunities.
- Build a deep intuition for the women 40+ audience.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years building movement programs at scale, with at least 3 years in a mobile/digital fitness product.
- Proven track record of shipping programs that moved core engagement and retention metrics.
- Methodology background you can defend in a room: kinesiology, exercise physiology, sports science, or a comparable formal track.
- Programming experience with a 40+ female audience, perimenopause-aware.
- Deep understanding of experimentation and hypothesis-driven development (A/B testing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to own product metrics directly, not via a PM proxy.
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (product, design, content, production, tech, science).
About You:
- You are a methodology owner, not a content critic.
- You take ownership of metrics and content quality. You’re not a PM who just briefs.
- You think in systems: how a single workout connects to a 6-week arc, an arc to a season, a season to retention.
- You are comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast with a growth-minded, experimentation-driven production pace.
- You care deeply about programming quality: for the new user, the existing user, the trainer, and the science behind it.
- You are obsessed with impact, not output.
Perks and Benefits:- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, plus stock options
- The equipment you need to do your job
- A premium Palta Family subscriptions (Simple, Flo, Zing etc.)
- 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Office in Limassol (Hybrid Work Format) or Remote Option for Candidates Residing Outside of Cyprus
