I’m Gabby and I lead the Operations team here at Hey Digital. We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team! 🚀

Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency ranked as the 2nd fastest-growing company in Estonia for 2022. 🎆 We’ve helped some of the biggest names in the industry like Hotjar, Pitch, Writesonic, UserTesting (and many more) generate more trial signups, qualified demo bookings, and closed-won revenue!

About The Role

I am on the hunt for a Junior Project Manager who is all about getting things done and keeping projects on track. You’ll be one of our go-to people for managing tasks and making sure our different teams have everything they need to hit their deadlines. If you are cool with getting into the nitty-gritty of project management, have a knack for problem-solving on the fly, and enjoy a good book chat with the team, you are just the one we are looking for!

• Project/task management software experience
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Great attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Highly organised

🦸 Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing tasks in ClickUp
• Managing project workflows and our Project Dashboard
• Working with the Performance Marketing, Design and Account Management teams to make sure projects are well-planned and delivered on time
• Working with the Ops Team to deliver patches and small outputs during our Sprint cycles
• ClickUp maintenance
• Attend Weekly All Hands, Ops Team calls, Bi-Weekly 1:1s and other team / ad-hoc calls as needed
• Participate in the Ops Team bookclub
