Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Head of SEO who wants to make a real impact and grow with our team here at Scalerrs.
If you’re excited about working on challenging multi-channel projects with industry-leading SaaS clients — driving new MRR across 360° organic (SEO, AI Search YouTube and Reddit (not vanity metrics) — and you want to step into a leadership role where you’ll shape heavily the fulfilment team AND be involved in the growth of the business – this might be the role you’re looking for.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a head of SEO position, NOT a YouTube focused or Reddit focused position. It would be great for you too learn this side of our service, but it’s NOT a requirement to understand this now.

Salary Range 💷
Base salary is variable depending on experience :
- USD → $90k-150k

About You 😄
- 2–5+ years experience in organic growth (SEO + content + YouTube + community/Reddit or similar).
- You’re a T-shaped marketer with deep expertise ideally in SEO, but broad understanding across all organic channels (Reddit, AI Search, Content, Link Building).
- You’re comfortable owning strategy, delivery, and team leadership across multiple channels.
- You have experience in agency and in client-facing roles.
- You’re excited to innovate playbooks for SEO, GEO, Reddit marketing, YouTube SEO
- You’re highly process-driven and able to coordinate with operations to refine internal workflows.
- You’re an excellent communicator (written + verbal) who can simplify complex organic strategies for clients and the team.
- You thrive in a remote, autonomous environment and love building something world-class.
- You’ve managed teams before.
- You understand the world of SaaS and can speak their language.
Also, you’re excited about potentially doing the following:
- Get on podcasts and co-host our Scalerrs Podcast with Senior team 🎙️
- Host monthly online industry workshops 🧑🏫
- Get involved in the sales process (especially second-stage proposal calls).
- Attend in-person events across EU & US 🌍 (Ideal/Optional)
- Help drive upsells across SEO, YouTube, Reddit services.

Responsibilities 🧑💻
- Oversee the strategy & fulfilment done by Seniors & Juniors across SEO, AI Search, YouTube, and Reddit for our SaaS client portfolio.
- Lead & manage the organic growth team (SEO Seniors, Reddit Specialists, YouTube Strategists, Juniors, and outsourced partners for link building & content writing).
- Develop multi-channel playbooks that drive demos, signups, and MRR (not vanity metrics).
- Be accountable for client results and ensure KPIs are consistently hit.
- Work closely with the team to maintain high retention rates and ensure communication excellence.
- Keep our agency ahead of the curve by testing new strategies (LLM SEO, YouTube…etc).
- Collaborate with Ops to improve workflows, reporting systems, and delivery efficiency.
- Support growth initiatives:
- Host workshops & training.
- Join podcasts and events as an industry voice.
- Invest into your personal brand (We will allocate our internal content marketing manager to help ghost write for you).
- Upsell existing clients into expanded services.
- Mentor team members and elevate our internal talent through training and feedback.
Important Note:
- Content writing is managed by freelancers.
- Link building Is outsourced to a trusted agency.
- Only services fully managed in-house are SEO/AI Search, YouTube, Reddit.
