We are looking for a Head of Product .
Your main tasks will be:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end products business plan from a concept to production
- Be in charge of the international Internet products and be responsible for P&L
- Develop the product with a dedicated product team (vision/roadmap/backlog/marketing/analytics and so on)
- Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team
- Organize and control the product team’s work, and reorganize it if necessary.
We expect from you:
- Has similar work experience in international product companies (B2C: gaming, dating, gambling, betting, social networks etc.)
- Has similar and successful experience working with mobile applications in the markets of North America, the EU and Asia countries (Tier-1 and Tier-2)
- Perfectly understands the principles of monetization of mobile products.
- Has strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrates the ability to clearly plan, assess risks and prioritize, set and control tasks, and effectively delegate and manage the team.
- Possesses systematic and flexible thinking, is able to analyze information and make decisions
- English is upper-intermediate level or above
