You will be working for our client, a growing australian SaaS company. Their integrated solution for Accounts Payables, has been designed to help businesses Streamline, Automate and Protect their Accounts Payable. Working mainly with clients from the US and Canada and looking to expand their business globally

In your day-to-day, you will πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

  • Effectively manage the onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Provide user training, ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the software is working correctly and meeting the client needs.
  • Collaborate with our product and technology teams to ensure our clients are getting the most out of the software and to help improve the service.


Skills you have πŸš€

  • +2 years of experience working on similar roles.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Proven experience in a software implementation and customer support role.


Skills that will make you stand out πŸ’₯

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (eg. SYSPRO, Acumatica, Epicor) is desirable.
