In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Operational Manager to plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple brands and markets. You will play a critical role in executing campaign calendars, setting up omnichannel campaigns, and ensuring the seamless delivery of promotions and bonuses. Position: CRM Executive, reporting to the CRM Operations Manager

  • Location: Fully remote or hybrid during probation if based in Malta
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7/8am to 5/6pm CET

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the CRM Operational Manager to plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring all activities are aligned with the overall CRM strategy.
  • Omnichannel Setup: Set up and manage all omnichannel campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
  • Calendar Management: Assist in managing and executing CRM campaign calendars, ensuring that all activities are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to request and review creative assets for campaigns, ensuring that all materials meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Promotions & Bonuses: Set up and manage customer bonuses and promotions, ensuring that they are configured correctly and delivered to the target audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of campaign execution, from setup to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth execution of CRM activities and contribute to a positive team environment.

What we’re looking for:

  •  At least 1 year of experience in a CRM role in the iGaming industry, with a proven ability to execute campaigns and manage CRM tools.
  • An easy-going, team-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively and is eager to take ownership of their role.
  • A hard worker with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team and the broader business.
  • A motivated individual who is looking for opportunities to develop their skills and advance their career in the CRM industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly FastTrack, is a significant advantage.
