Job Description

We’re hiring a Content Strategy Lead to drive growth through content, in particular SEO, blog posts, copywriting, creative production, and social media.

As one of the founding members of the Growth team you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth (prev YC founder, Affirm), sales, and product to drive adoption and monetization for Bardeen’s product.

Who you are:

  • Proven SEO Results: Successfully built and scaled SEO initiatives at previous companies, including the ability to create and deliver on a world-class content calendar.
  • Strategic Generalist: Strong understanding of various growth channels with hands-on experience in at least one key area (e.g., viral growth, SEO/SEM, or paid marketing).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to innovate and execute on new strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled in analyzing metrics to refine our approach to creating targeted content that converts.

  • Technical – we find the best growth tactics blend creative thinking with execution. These days being a bit technical means you can leverage new tools and resources to produce a 10x outcome.
  • A good storyteller – creating content can be so robotic and process-driven. We put a premium on anyone that, if given enough time, can write a great piece of content period.
