Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead consumer product growth and retention strategies, requirement analysis, and feature design to improve DAU and user retention.
- Demonstrate strong ability in requirement identification, set optimization goals based on product data, develop iteration plans, and be accountable for metrics such as new user conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure effective implementation of product strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experience.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative product solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of product management experience, with essential 0-1 product development experience and strong adaptability.
- Passionate about the AI industry, with experience using products like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Civitai, and able to provide personal insights.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, capable of extracting valuable insights from data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with different teams.
- Deep understanding of user experience, capable of addressing issues from the user’s perspective and proposing solutions.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (read) and Chinese (communicate) is mandatory.
