  • Resolve high-priority client issues quickly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure top-tier service;
  • Analyze VIP activity and betting behavior, identifying trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and lifetime value;
  • Collaborate with VIP CRM, BI, Customer Support, and Team Leads to optimize processes and share actionable customer insights;
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies in every interaction;
  • Represent us at select VIP events, with openness to occasional travel.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Proven experience in Account Management, VIP Customer Management, or similar roles (iGaming or Sports Betting experience preferred);
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, KPIs, and customer trends;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) and Fluent Spanish;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, communication platforms, and reporting tools;
  • Customer-first mindset, capable of working flexible hours to support VIP needs and attend events when required.
