Our mission is to empower individuals to find fulfillment and success in their professional lives. We are a team of recruiters, tech entrepreneurs, data scientists, and HR professionals gathered together with a common goal of empowering people. On average, we spend one third of our life at work, but our approach to career choices does not reflect its significance. Some of us choose jobs based on family influence or peer pressure (especially during college), and it’s not uncommon to see people spending more time researching a five-day vacation than a thirty-year career.

This is why we created jobtest.org – to empower people and help them make informed career decisions. It’s never too late to find fulfillment in your work, and you don’t need to be a high school student to think about this. In fact, more than 50% of Americans change their careers before retirement – and so did many of us on our team.
