Job Description

Our client is seeking a persuasive and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative with a solid track record in sales. In this role, you will make outbound calls to set sales and service appointments for well-established dealerships across the U.S. This position offers a stable income with commission potential, allowing you to work with a supportive team entirely from your home office. If you have strong communication skills and want to drive automotive sales campaigns without the commute, this opportunity is for you.

Schedule

Mon through Sat, between 9 am – 8 pm EST time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week) 

The permanent schedule will fall within these hours and will be assigned upon completion of training. 

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns
• Set sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
• Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed
• Keep CRM records accurate and updated after every call

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfort following structured processes and adjusting to various call flows
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset
• Interest or experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Spanish language skills is preferred but not required
