Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead consumer product growth and retention strategies, requirement analysis, and feature design to improve DAU and user retention.
  • Demonstrate strong ability in requirement identification, set optimization goals based on product data, develop iteration plans, and be accountable for metrics such as new user conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure effective implementation of product strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experience.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative product solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of product management experience, with essential 0-1 product development experience and strong adaptability.
  • Passionate about the AI industry, with experience using products like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Civitai, and able to provide personal insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, capable of extracting valuable insights from data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with different teams.
  • Deep understanding of user experience, capable of addressing issues from the user’s perspective and proposing solutions.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (read) and Chinese (communicate) is mandatory.
