Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at IvyPanda, you will be responsible for creating and managing visual content across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure our visual assets align with our brand and meet the needs of our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience in digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics for promotional campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Work with the content team to design infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements for educational materials.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and products.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are user-friendly.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including digital and print media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus.
