We’re a VC-backed team of three making WhatsApp easier to build on. We’ve processed more than 100 million messages and grown organically to more than 40,000 developers. Now we’re building developer infrastructure for AI-first builders and their teams. WhatsApp is our starting point, and we’re thinking much bigger.

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with the founder, with access to the information and conversations you need to understand the business and make decisions. We’ll agree on outcomes and decision boundaries; you’ll choose the approach, tools, and partners and own the work through completion.

Build a clear picture of our finances. Keep accounting and investor reporting useful, organize how we manage cash across entities, and turn that information into decisions.
Make our company structure work. Own the coordination with accountants, lawyers, and other partners, and keep obligations, agreements, and corporate records in order.
Help us build the team. Run the operational side of hiring and onboarding, keep recruiting moving, and make people and equity administration work as we grow.
Drive company-wide projects to completion. That includes compliance, working with auditors, and building the systems we need for the next stage.
Build systems that make recurring work reliable. Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and make sure things move without someone chasing every step.

What we’re looking for

You’ve owned substantial projects from an unclear starting point through execution. You can explain the decisions you made and the results.
You’re comfortable with numbers, write clearly, and can work effectively in English.
You make good decisions with incomplete information. You know when to move independently and when to bring in an expert.
You care about the details and follow through. You’re happy to do the hands-on work needed to make something happen.
You use AI extensively and are curious about how much more a small team can do with it.
You care about the whole company, speak up when something seems wrong, and want real responsibility.

You might come from a startup, operations, or consulting. Your track record of taking responsibility matters more than a particular title or firm.

Practical details

We’re remote. During the first few months, you’ll need substantial overlap with the founder’s working hours so we can work closely and build shared context. As you gain autonomy, we can make the schedule more flexible.

USD 4,000–6,500 gross per month + 0.1%–0.5% in stock options.

The final package will depend on experience, scope, and the balance between salary and stock options.
