What you’ll do

Own day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.Perform bulk reconciliations and analyze large datasets to build clear, reliable reports.Work daily in NetSuite, managing transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.Support month-end close, bank reconciliations, and Accounts Payable processes.Identify and help implement process improvements, automations, or AI-driven solutions.Operate autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing priorities and follow-through.

What we’re looking for

– 1–3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
– Strong comfort working with large datasets, bulk reconciliations, and building clear, reliable reports. 
– Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required (daily use, not just basic exposure). 
– Exposure to process improvements, automations, or AI-driven tools is a plus. 
– Experience with bank flows and Accounts Payable processes is a plus. 
– Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
