Job Title: Weekend Admin Support – Appointment Booking (3-Month Contract)
Location: Remote
Engagement: Part-time, Contract (3 months, with potential for extension)
Hours: 10 hours per week/ 20 hours per fortnight

10-hour shift every Saturday but they have an option to work 10 hr shifts every second weekend (Saturday + Sunday)
About the Role
Our company is seeking two reliable and detail-oriented admin support staff to assist with the efficient scheduling of 10-minute non-face-to-face preparation appointments for average 600 appointments per week. This is a short-term project-based role with no direct client communication required.
The successful candidates will use the company’s internal CRM system to book and invoice appointments in accordance with a set process. The role is best suited for individuals who are highly organized, focused, and comfortable working independently over the weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Book 10-minute appointment preparation sessions using Fly2 Health’s CRM system
- Follow a pre-defined workflow to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent and accurate internal records
- Complete booking and invoicing tasks for 300–400 clients per week
- Ensure all work is completed within scheduled weekend shifts
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with data entry tasks and web-based systems
- Previous CRM experience is a plus but not required
Contract Details
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Workload: 20 hours per fortnight (weekend shifts only)

This is a back-end admin support role — there is no client interaction involved.
Successful candidates may be considered for ongoing or alternative roles within the company after the contract period.
