Mission:

Livestorm’s website plays a huge role in our growth strategy. It is the main point of entry for visitors and customers to learn about Livestorm and create their account. Therefore, we are constantly making improvements and changes to it in order to showcase Livestorm in its best light. Further, we see -and manage- the website as a product. As such, we are looking for a Web Project Manager with experience managing static websites in order to orchestrate its development, define its roadmap, and conduct research to improve its performance.

You’ll be managing the tasks for our Lead Frontend Developer and the Web Designers, and you will be reporting to Thibaut, the Head of Growth.

Livestorm is a full-remote company. The Growth team is distributed around France and with members in Paris, Lyon, Angers, Rennes and more.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for smooth and constant delivery of website updates:

  • Define the roadmap for each quarter with the needs for all teams + your own ideas
  • Turn your roadmap into user stories or clean list of specs
  • Create wireframes or prototypes, with the help of the design teams, to kickstart projects in their early phases
  • Work closely with the Website Developer and Designers to build great experiences that generate traffic, leads and ultimately revenue for Livestorm
  • Ensure that all the features shipped by the website team are bug-free (you will do the QA yourself, along the website developer)
  • Organize and prioritize projects with the Head of Growth and clearly explain the rationale to all stakeholders and the other teams
  • Work with external teams such as Customer Experience, Sales, or Brand to create mini-website and web experiences. Some examples include: Livestorm Learning, Livestorm Community, Video-Engagement.org.

Job requirements

For this Website Project Manager role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • You have been a Website Project Manager or Product Owner for at least 2 years in a B2B SAAS company, or an agency that shipped state-of-the-art websites
  • You understand and deeply care about business metrics, and have constant ideas on how to improve them
  • You have an engineering mindset and/or an Engineering degree
  • You have a keen eye for good web design, you can communicate your ideas with the designers. If there are inconsistencies in the website integration, you will notice them.
  • You believe that a company website should be handled as a product
  • You are fluent in French, and can communicate with teammates in English
  • You have advanced knowledge on one or several of these areas: SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Bonus: You have experience with websites built on modern stacks (our site is built with Nuxt, DatoCMS and hosted on S3)
