Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Community & Developer Operations, we’re seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to help execute and scale our AI training client partnerships. You’ll work closely with leadership to implement strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day partnership operations and developer success.
What You’ll Do
Partnership Management & Growth (40%)
- Execute strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale platform partnerships
- Track and report key metrics, maintaining detailed forecasts and analytics
- Identify and implement process optimizations based on data analysis
- Lead targeted campaigns to increase developer engagement
- Support growth initiatives to improve platform metrics
Developer Success & Support (30%)
- Take ownership of developer success within partnership programs
- Drive communication and engagement across multiple channels
- Create and maintain documentation aligned with partnership goals
- Coordinate with technical assessment reviewers and interview teams
- Ensure high developer satisfaction and engagement
Stakeholder Collaboration (30%)
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and performance reports
- Coordinate between partners and internal teams
- Execute strategic initiatives as directed by leadership
- Identify and escalate partnership challenges appropriately
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualities
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or a similar role
- Strong track record executing complex operational processes
- Experience with developer platforms or technical recruitment
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations
- Experience with project management and tracking tools
Nice to Have
- Understanding of software development and technical assessment processes
- Experience with developer communities or developer relations
- Familiarity with recruitment or talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of technical interviewing practices
What Success Looks Like
After 30 days:
- Full understanding of partnership operations and metrics
- Managing daily partnership communications independently
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
After 90 days:
- Independently driving partnership growth initiatives
- Implementing process improvements
- Contributing to strategic planning
- Demonstrating measurable impact on key metrics
Location & Hours
- Remote position
- Minimum 5 hours daily overlap with CET 10:00-19:00 required
