Job Description

As a Digital Project Manager, your mission is to ensure the success of the project through effective management of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring that project deadlines and objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Plan and coordinate the different stages of the project to ensure quality delivery.
  • Understand and prioritize user and customer requirements.
  • Define (or help define) requests and convert them into user stories that will be worked on in different sprints. 
  • Accompany the client and the team in defining goals, vision and success metrics.
  • Develop client relationships to ensure smooth communication and manage client expectations.
  • Lead team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
  • Plan and organize team efforts and assignments.
  • Identify potential risks by planning and implementing actions to mitigate them.
  • Management and planning of meetings and ceremonies of Scrum methodology.
  • Maintain proper documentation and PM software up-to-date to ensure clear alignment between team, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work alongside leaders to create, maintain and ensure work processes that enrich our delivery.

REQUIREMENTS   

  • Advanced English level (oral and written).
  • +2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner working with developers and designers on a digital product (mainly websites. Apps or web apps are a plus).
  • Be a graduate of careers such as Social communication, marketing, advertising, administration or similar. / Having certifications in Product Management or Project Management is a PLUS.
  • Familiar with project management tools and agile methodologies. Scrum methodology. Handling of Jira. 
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience working in environments with a strong focus on user experience and performance KPIs. Preferably Start-ups.
  • Experience in the digital product management cycle, including design (essential use of Figma), build, feedback cycles and operation, and performing functions related to product management
