Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of various clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates for clients.
• Curate and create engaging content, including images and videos, to drive organic engagement and reach on social media platforms.
• Utilize Canva and other tools for mild design work to enhance the visual appeal of social media posts.
• Craft compelling copywriting that aligns with each client’s brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels promptly and professionally.
• Analyze and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure clients’ strategies remain effective and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Strong proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and projects you have worked on.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
