Job Description for Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media management strategies
  • Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on results
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to inform strategy
  • Manage both organic content and potentially paid advertising
  • Adapt quickly to trending content and viral opportunities
  • Collaborate with the business owner to align social media efforts with overall goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms, especially TikTok
  • Experience with content creation tools and social media management software
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with fitness and wellness industry trends is a plus

Scope:

  • Manage multiple social media accounts across different platforms
  • Work on both daily content creation and long-term campaign strategies
  • Adapt to the client’s brand voice and creative direction
  • Potentially manage a content calendar and posting schedule
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and growth
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 12pm Arizona time
