About the Opportunity
As Social Media Manager, you’ll report to OKX Social Media Director and help us increase our global social footprint. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Events, Partnership, Content, and Brand Design on optimizing a variety of content buckets, and whatever the next content trend is for our social channels. Additionally, you will assist with a variety of social media initiatives to grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with GTM team to publish product marketing content
  • Daily content creation across all Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
  • Manage multiple social media distribution requests, align expectations and prioritize editorial calendars
  • Work with influencers or KOLs to produce trending content across key social platforms
  • Ability to travel within Europe to provide social coverage at events
  • Partner with the brand team to bring brand moments to life in a creative way
  • Partner with product marketing to bring product moments to key audiences
  • Assist with other social team initiates, optimizations, and evergreen/trending content as we grow each channel
  • Analyze key marketing metrics, especially social media analytics
What We Look For In You
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic social media management, content creation, and community engagement across diverse platforms
  • Ability to craft compelling content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with varied audiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency products, trading, and their impact on digital communities
  • Successful history of expanding and nurturing communities on major social platforms
  • Proven track record in developing interactive and engaging social media content
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and align with organizational goals
  • Skill in using both creativity and data insights to optimize content performance
  • Passion for staying updated with evolving trends and technologies in social media and cryptocurrency

  • An eye for good design and/or aesthetics
  • Photography and video editing skills
