As JD Studios continues to expand its brand and business ventures, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead.

Job Summary: The Social Media Lead is responsible for managing the department’s social media team and directing the strategic approach to social media activities. This role focuses on developing and implementing social media strategies, analyzing performance data, and optimizing the company’s social media presence through trend analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and manage the social media team, including the Social Media Manager and Community Manager, ensuring effective and cohesive operations.

Output Strategy Development: Develop and execute the social media strategy, aligning with company goals and adapting based on performance data and emerging trends.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and use insights to inform strategy and content creation in collaboration with the Content Production Lead.

Trend Analysis: Continuously analyze social media trends to keep the company ahead of industry developments and capitalize on new opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Production Lead to integrate social media insights into content creation, fostering a data-driven content strategy.

Performance Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of social media strategies, ensuring effective scheduling, content delivery, and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.

In-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
