What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants’ bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we’re seeking a talented SMM Manager to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

  • Manage and grow Noda’s presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (later)
  • Create and produce content for social media, including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand, industry trends, and audience interests
  • Collaborate with the design team by providing clear, structured creative briefs
  • Track performance using analytics tools and optimize engagement strategies
  • Stay on top of fintech, payments, and e-commerce trends to create relevant, timely content

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven expertise in social media management for fintech and banking organizations
  • Deep understanding of finance culture, trends, and industry language
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to set clear tasks for designers and collaborate effectively
  • Experience with social media analytics tools to measure impact and improve performance
  • A creative mindset with a passion for growing and engaging communities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and initiatives efficiently
