Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Solana Developer / Tech Lead to join a stealth-mode project focused on building a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX). You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance smart contracts on Solana using core Rust (not Anchor) and driving technical strategy around derivatives pricing, SDKs, and trading infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in a deeply technical and impactful product from its early stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop smart contracts on Solana using native Rust (no Anchor).

Implement core logic for a new derivatives-focused DEX.

Write compute-efficient on-chain code for complex pricing models.

Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage across all programs.

Contribute to and maintain Python, Typescript, and Rust SDKs.

Work closely with a small, highly autonomous team to ship production-grade code.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of commercial experience building Solana programs in native Rust.

Deep understanding of the Solana runtime, account model, and transaction processing.

Experience working with complex, dynamically allocated data structures (e.g., red-black trees, linked lists).

Proficient math skills, especially in algorithmic or financial contexts.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight or micro-tasking.

Nice to Have

Solid understanding of perpetual futures or other derivative financial products.

Background in building trading systems (centralized or decentralized).

Familiarity with both DeFi and TradFi infrastructure and market mechanics.

Experience optimizing programs for Solana compute limits.
