As an Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for a diverse range of clients across industries. You’ll own SEO execution from research to reporting—using AI-powered tools to uncover insights, optimize content, and improve search visibility. Working closely with creative teams, your work will help position our clients as standout, forward-thinking leaders in their space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute SEO strategies for clients, targeting high-value keywords and opportunities based on real-time data.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to develop content that ranks and converts.
  • Run technical audits to identify site issues, improve performance, and ensure compliance.
  • Track performance across traffic, rankings, and conversions and optimise where needed.
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency from keyword clustering and content scoring to SERP analysis, forecasting, and automated reporting.
  • Support link-building efforts through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR campaigns that build authority and drive relevance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with clear wins in traffic growth, keyword ranking, and conversion improvement across B2B or B2C brands.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush and familiar with technical SEO best practices, including page speed, structured data, and CMS management (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Experienced in integrating AI into SEO strategy and performance analysis.
  • Comfortable explaining strategy and results to both creative and technical stakeholders in a clear, no-jargon way.
  • Highly organized, fast-moving, and confident managing multiple SEO campaigns with shifting priorities and deadlines.
