The mission of the Senior Content Strategist is to design and lead content strategies that drive measurable business growth through insight, precision, and collaboration. This role combines deep analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly—partnering across teams and clients to turn performance data into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven content strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Analyze audience insights, funnel data, and geographic trends to uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Paid Media, and Production teams to ensure content programs operate as cohesive systems.
  • Conduct recurring content audits, identifying growth gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution across accounts.
  • Present strategic findings, performance outcomes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority.
  • Mentor junior strategists by modeling analytical depth, structured thinking, and professional communication.
  • Maintain alignment between content initiatives and larger digital marketing and business KPIs.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in content strategy, editorial planning, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success developing content programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, HubSpot).
  • Experience managing content ecosystems and coordinating across teams (SEO, Paid Media, Creative).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication—able to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders, focusing on evidence and structured recommendations.
