About the Role

RootstockLabs exists to make Bitcoin work for everyone. We do this through giving developers the tools to build on Bitcoin, supporting the growth of the Rootstock ecosystem and expanding the frontiers of decentralised technology. 

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced marketer to join our Go-To-Market Team. The Senior Campaign Coordinator will be focused on planning creative integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating the actions of the marketing team to execute effectively.  

You will play a critical role in developing campaigns to increase brand awareness, amplify the success of our partners, attract developers and drive adoption of Rootstock, the longest running and leading Bitcoin sidechain. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in web3 and on the cutting edge of technology. You will play a strategic and hands-on role working with senior leaders in the business to develop a long term marketing strategy while also planning and managing ongoing integrated marketing campaigns.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that have measurable impact on our objectives. 
  • Work closely with content, social, community and comarketing teams to ensure all day to day activity is properly coordinated and the impact is measured and reported effectively. 
  • Defining processes and fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes the expertise of team members to deliver integrated and impactful marketing initiatives at scale
  • Designing comprehensive campaigns around critical milestones that encompass a mix of digital, traditional, and emerging marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand strategy. You will take charge of end-to-end campaign execution, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Leveraging multi-channel marketing tactics: Identifying and leveraging the most suitable marketing channels to engage our target audience effectively. Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging Web3 platforms, exploring opportunities to work with the team in social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid, PR, events, and more.
  • Analyzing campaign performance: Utilizing data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Supporting on OKR development and identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends: Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and keep our marketing efforts at the forefront of the industry.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years experience working with teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns ideally within the world of Web3 
  • A track record of successful marketing campaigns driving real business impact
  • A creative mindset backed up with a strong grasp of core marketing metrics and methodologies 
  • A strong understanding of Web3 and hands on experience using different chains and protocols 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • A strong sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of day to day media project management and marketing tools such as Asana, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Sheets  
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, communications or similar
