Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and craft innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to customize Salesforce tailored to the company’s unique needs.
• Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various systems through APIs and middleware for enhanced efficiency and seamless data flow.
• Provide ongoing support and efficiently troubleshoot any Salesforce issues for uninterrupted business operations.
• Implement cutting-edge Salesforce best practices to optimize performance and ensure a reliable system.
• Create and maintain meticulous technical documentation for solutions and integrations to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for users and administrators, enabling them to leverage new features and functionalities effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the esteemed headquarters product development team to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Preferably certified as a Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Chinese, Mandarin is highly desirable.
