As we continue our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join us on a permanent basis and make an instant impact.

 

The Role

ZenRows is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our revenue operations as we continue our rapid growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to handle the day-to-day revenue processes of an early-stage SaaS startup.

You will work closely with leadership across all functions, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) strategy is backed by strong data, processes, and technology to drive revenue growth efficiently.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Analytics: Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales & Marketing Operations: Optimize sales processes, lead routing, CRM hygiene, and marketing attribution models.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Improve customer segmentation, renewals, churn reduction, and upsell/cross-sell insights.
  • Revenue Tech Stack Management: Oversee and optimize tools like HubSpot, Stripe, and other analytics platforms.
  • Process & Automation Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement automation where possible.
  • Pricing & Packaging Analysis: Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing structures and drive monetization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, customer success, and the executive team to align revenue objectives.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited about the challenge of optimizing revenue processes from the ground up.

You should have:

  • Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations – 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related role, preferably in an early stage SaaS or tech startup.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into action.
  • SaaS Knowledge – Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in Revenue Tech Stack – Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, or similar platforms.
  • Process Optimization & Automation Mindset – Comfortable implementing workflows and automation for efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail & Ownership Mentality – You take pride in accuracy and accountability.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to explain complex revenue concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English Proficiency – ZenRows is an English-first organization, and fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Comfort in a Remote, Startup Environment – You can work autonomously and thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving setting.
