🎯 What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to extending offers
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a network of resources
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and conduct reference checks

 

⭐ What You Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (at least 3 years)
  • Experience with IT & Sales recruiting (mandatory)
  • English language skills (mandatory)
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Strong knowledge of TeamTailor (plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (not mandatory)
  • Proactive and results-driven mentality
