As a Recruiter at CitizenGO, you’ll be integral to our People Operations team, managing the full recruitment cycle across various departments. Your role involves partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs, crafting targeted recruitment strategies, and engaging with a diverse pool of candidates. You’ll handle everything from sourcing to offer negotiation, using data to refine the process and ensuring an inclusive approach by building relationships in underrepresented communities. Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting (source, CV’s screen, interviews, assessment, qualification, offer, close) for all roles and teams throughout our global organization, both technical and non-technical, from entry to executive level. 
  • Partner closely with directors, hiring managers and their teams to deeply understand our hiring needs and create unique strategies for each.
  • Constantly review job families of every role in the organization.
  • Create and execute strategies for identifying and engaging active and passive candidates and build robust and diverse pipelines of candidates through various channels.
  • Drive offers approval, extension, negotiation, and close candidates.
  • Create contracts for new team members and collaborators.
  • Use data to understand trends and continuously improve our recruiting process.
  • Actively network and create strong long-term relationships with individuals and organizations in underrepresented communities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in house. Preferably in the non-profit sector or a growth-stage tech company.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, qualify, and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills.
  • A team member who is innovative, curious, empathetic, and constantly looking for new ways to find top talent.
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and the excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the recruiting process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools.
  • Experience using ATS.
  • Proven experience quickly learning new software tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement. Duolingo English Test is required for all non-natives with a minimum 100 (B2 equivalent) score. Spanish and other additional languages are an asset.
