Founded in 2020, we are a fully remote, four-day work week, creative content and digital marketing agency based out of the UK that specialises in driving resilient growth for mission-driven brands.

Our clients are B2B SaaS startups in the spaces of HR Tech, Fintech, and Health Tech, Tech for Good companies, and Nonprofits/Charities. We have a strong presence in the US market and we’re steadily growing our footprint in the UK/EU.

As an agency, we specialise in branding, website builds, and combining brilliant content with multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive results for our clients.

The Particulars

  • ⏳ Part-Time: You’ll start in the role as a part-time contractor, ~20 hours per week. We’ll scale up hours and scope of work as needed.
  • 👨🏾‍💻 Hybrid/Remote: If you’re London-based, you’ll co-work with our London team every Monday. The rest of the week you’re welcomed to work from a quiet, disturbance-free home office or from a co-working space.
    • NB: Our agency hours are 9am – 6pm UK time (BST/GMT).
  • 💰 Compensation Range: ~£20-30K ($25-37.5K USD) per year equivalent.

The Role & The Moment

With our client base and projects becoming bigger and more mature, we’re looking for a skilled account and project manager to collaborate with our department heads to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly. We we want to be 100% certain that we’re delivering on our promises to our clients, on time every time, and that the client is seeing clear value.

We also want to make sure that our specialists have the headspace to do what they do best, with a skilled listener making sure that client strategy and goals are baked into our plan, and a skilled coordinator to work with the team on prioritisation and organisation.

Melany (Head of Ops & Strategy) is looking for someone to be her right hand when it comes to all things organisation. Client accounts will be your main focus, but you’ll also get hands on with the general administration of the business. This will be great role for an account or project manager who wants to expand their skillset.

Project & Account Management [60%]

💡 You’ll share project and account management duties with our Head of Operations & Strategy, our Senior UX Designer, and our Senior Content Marketing Manager. In terms of outcomes, this role will be focused on client success as defined by client retention and revenue generation (upselling + cross-selling). You’ll have a clear role scorecard to ensure that monthly/quarterly retention and revenue generation goals are being achieved.

  • Project Scoping: Assist the Lead Content Marketing Manager and Design Lead in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for their teams
  • Timely Execution: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time, within budget and scope.
  • Monitor project progress: Identify potential issues, delays, bottlenecks, budget overrun and/or scope creep. Use tools to monitor technical team project plans and utilisation.
  • General Project Administration: Organising of project folders in Drive, taking project meeting minutes, managing internal and client-facing Slack channels
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the project and work proactively to mitigate them.
    • Escalate critical issues to the upper management and assist in developing contingency plans.
  • Internal Comms: Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Well-Run Meetings: Organize and lead project meetings, providing agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Happy Collaboration Culture: Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • End-to-End Client Success
    • Handover from Sales/Growth Team to Execution Team
    • Client Onboarding & Discovery
    • Client Meetings
    • Client Scorecards

  • Ensure that timely responses to client inquiries occur within a 12-24hr timeframe, whether they come from you or another team member.
  • Client Offboarding (Exit interviews, case studies, testimonials, referrals, etc.)

Internal Operations Support [40%]

💡 While Project Management and Client Account Management must always come first, this role will utilize its additional capacity to support the continued strengthening of our internal systems and process.

  • Finance
    • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable: Support our Head of Operations & Strategy with the administration of all receipts and payables.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support our Head of Operations & Strategy and Accounting team with the management of our budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Reporting: Support the Head of Operations & Strategy and Accounting team with managing and refining financial reporting structures.
    • Legal: Support the Head of Operations & Strategy with administering
  • People Ops
    • Hiring & Recruitment: Lead the administration of new hiring processes including:
      • Conducting research on new roles, hiring partners, and prospective candidates
      • Drafting and publishing new job descriptions
      • Liaising with candidates, recruiters, and other hiring partners
      • Managing our internal talent pipeline
      • Scheduling interviews with candidates
      • Developing and scoring candidate task assessments
      • Drafting and distributing offer letters

  • Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans with new team members in partnership with our Head of Operations & Strategy.
  • Offboarding: Develop and execute offboarding plans with new team members in partnership with our Head of Operations & Strategy.
  • Culture + Company Support: Serve as a supportive peer/collaborator to LH team members and a first point of contract for HR matters (before potential escalation to the Head of Operations & Strategy).
  • Strategy: Advise the Heads of Operations & Strategy and CEO on executing and refining the best possible talent strategy to help the agency grow and prosper.
