TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world, producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 2 billion followers around the world. We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our Studio Operations department. This full-time remote role plays a key part in maintaining, improving, and scaling internal workflows by coordinating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the smooth operation of projects and processes.

Job responsibilities:

• Identify weak points in existing workflows across teams and propose smart, scalable solutions
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date process documentation in collaboration with coordinators and other stakeholders
• Act as the key liaison between Leads, EDMs, and IT to ensure alignment and progress on initiatives
• Prioritise and monitor team tasks to keep projects on track
• Review and enhance onboarding processes in cooperation with the onboarding team
• Collaborate with IT and teams such as O&O, Repurpose, and Localisation to implement new features and improve internal tools
• Coordinate updates and improvements for internal projects, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
• Regularly share updates, insights, and blockers related to process performance with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Analytical thinking with great attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and changing priorities
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Confluence, or Grafana is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in any technical role or working with technical teams is a plus
• Solid grasp of technical documentation standards
