About your team

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the People Programs Lead and help build a high performance organisation. 
  • Support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of key People Team programs such as but not limited to: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Reviews, Salary Reviews, Employee Surveys, ESOP & Employee Recognition Programs. 
  • Administer and optimize People processes and tools, ensuring efficient and compliant workflows.
  • Act as a go-to person for Lithuanian labor law—providing day-to-day administrative support and advising managers and employees on compliance-related topics with clarity and empathy.
  • Maintain and improve our HRIS system, ensuring accurate data, smooth process flows, and integration across tools. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People programs by identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and driving implementation.
  • Partner with the People Programs Lead on People reporting, documentation, program updates, and other team initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of of experience in HR Administration, HR Generalist, or HR Operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor code and ability to apply it in a business context.
  • Experience working with HRIS and People tools, and the ability to quickly grasp new platforms.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing  improvements.
  • Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable advising managers and team members on labor law topics with clarity and confidence. 
  • Sense of urgency where relevant, and an ability to effectively prioritise as part of the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive data. 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when working with confidential employee information.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian. 

Preferred requirements as we grow

  • Experience working with leadership, and remote and/or distributed teams.
  • Experience in large international product/engineering companies and fast growing startups.

€24,000 – €48,000 a year

*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.

*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
